MECHANISM OF ACTION

Rabeprazole:- Rabeprazole works by stopping a special pump in the stomach cells called the proton pump. This pump is responsible for making stomach acid. By stopping this pump, Rabeprazole prevents the stomach from making too much acid. This helps reduce acid in the stomach, which can ease problems like heartburn and stomach ulcers. It also helps the lining of the stomach and esophagus to heal.

Aceclofenac:- Aceclofenac works by stopping an enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX). This enzyme helps the body make substances called prostaglandins, which are involved in causing pain, swelling, and fever. By stopping COX, Aceclofenac reduces the amount of prostaglandins in the body. This helps to ease pain and swelling in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and other problems with the muscles and bones.

Keep an eye on your kidney health, especially if you're older or already have kidney problems, since Aceclofenac can affect how well your kidneys work. Be careful if you have heart problems or high blood pressure, as Aceclofenac might raise your blood pressure or cause your body to hold onto water. Watch out for signs of an allergic reaction, such as a skin rash, itching, or swelling, especially if you're allergic to NSAIDs like Aceclofenac. If you notice any of these symptoms, seek medical help right away.
