DESCRIPTION

Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) is a combination medicine used to relieve pain, inflammation, and muscle spasms. Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps reduce swelling and pain. Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) works by lowering pain signals and fever in the brain. Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) is a muscle relaxant that helps reduce muscle stiffness and spasms. INDICATION

• Musculoskeletal Pain: Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) helps relieve pain caused by muscle strain, sprains, or injuries. It reduces inflammation and relaxes muscles, helping improve mobility.
 

•  Arthritis: Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) helps reduce joint pain, swelling, and stiffness in conditions like osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, making movement easier.

 

• Back Pain: Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) provides relief from lower back pain by reducing inflammation and relaxing tight muscles, especially when muscle spasms are present.

 

• Postoperative Pain: Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) helps manage pain and muscle discomfort after surgery by reducing swelling and muscle tension.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): Aceclofenac is an NSAID that works by blocking cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes responsible for producing prostaglandins, which cause pain and inflammation.  Aceclofenac (100 mg) helps reduce swelling and discomfort.

DRUG INTERACTIONS

Drug-Drug Interactions: Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) may interact with sleeping pills (alprazolam, zolpidem), pain killers (tramadol), antiepileptics (gabapentin, pregabalin), antidepressants (duloxetine), and antiallergic medicines (cetirizine, diphenhydramine).

Drug-Food Interactions: St. John's wort (a herbal supplement) used as an antidepressant may interact with Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) and may cause dizziness, so it should be avoided while using this medicine.

Drug-Disease Interactions: People with liver disease, kidney disease, stomach ulcer/bleeding, intestinal ulcer/bleeding, or alcoholism should avoid using Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg).

PRECAUTIONS

Arlac-MR Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg + Chlorzoxazone 250 mg) should be used with caution in people with liver or kidney problems.
