DESCRIPTION
Arlac-SP Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) is a combination medicine used to reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation in different joint and muscle conditions. Aceclofenac sodium helps reduce pain and inflammation, paracetamol helps relieve pain and fever, and serratiopeptidase helps reduce swelling by breaking down inflammatory proteins. This combination helps improve movement and provides relief in conditions related to joints, muscles, and post-injury inflammation.

MECHANISM OF ACTION
• Aceclofenac Sodium (100 mg):Aceclofenac sodium is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes responsible for producing prostaglandins that cause pain, swelling, and inflammation.
• Serratiopeptidase (15 mg):Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps reduceinflammationby breaking down proteins that contribute to swelling. It helps reduce pain and promotes faster recovery in inflamed tissues.
• Paracetamol (325 mg):Paracetamol works mainly in the brain to reduce pain signals and control fever. It helps relieve mild to moderate pain and enhances the overall pain-relieving effect of the combination.

DRUG INTERACTIONS

Drug-Food Interactions:No significant food interaction has been reported with Arlac-SP Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg).
Drug-Disease Interactions:People with peptic ulcer, gastric bleeding, severe heart failure, or high blood pressure should consult a doctor before using Arlac-SP Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg).
PRECAUTIONS
Arlac-SP Tablet (Aceclofenac Sodium 100 mg + Serratiopeptidase 15 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) should be taken with caution in people with stomach problems, as NSAIDs may cause stomach irritation or ulcers. It should also be used carefully in patients with heart, liver, or kidney conditions.
