Dynor-SP Tablet (Diclofenac 50 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) is a painkiller and a combination of Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Serratiopeptidase. Dynor-SP Tablet (Diclofenac 50 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) is utilized to relieve torment in conditions like headache, tender cerebral pains, muscle torment, joint torment, tooth torment, joint torment, menstrual torment, and rheumatoid joint torment
INDICATION
Rheumatoid arthritis : Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a condition in which the body's immune system attacks the lining of the small joints. It may also affect other parts of the body. Dynor-SP Tablet (Diclofenac 50 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) is used to relieve swelling and pain in the joints due to RA.

Osteoarthritis : Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common form of joint pain. In OA, the protective tissue at the ends of the bones wears down, leading to friction. This causes pain, stiffness, and swelling. Dynor-SP Tablet (Diclofenac 50 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) is used to reduce pain and stiffness due to OA.

Ankylosing spondylitis : Ankylosing Spondylitis is a type of arthritis that mainly affects the spine, causing the small bones in the spinal column to fuse together. This leads to inflammation, pain, and reduced flexibility of the spine. Dynor-SP Tablet (Diclofenac 50 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) is used to reduce stiffness and pain (especially in the lower back, hip, and pelvis) associated with ankylosing spondylitis.

Mild to moderate pain : Dynor-SP Tablet (Diclofenac 50 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) is used to reduce pain and swelling in conditions such as back pain, ear infection, throat pain, toothache, menstrual pain, and muscle pain.

Diclofenac Potassium (50 mg) : Diclofenac Potassium is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Its mechanism of action involves the inhibition of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, mainly COX-1 and COX-2. By inhibiting these enzymes, diclofenac reduces the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals responsible for inflammation, pain, and fever.
Serratiopeptidase (10 mg) : Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme with proteolytic (protein-digesting) activity. It helps break down proteins associated with inflammation and edema (swelling). It may also reduce the thickness of certain fluids in the body, thereby helping to reduce inflammation and improve healing.
Paracetamol (325 mg) : Also known as acetaminophen, this medicine mainly works as a pain reliever (analgesic) and fever reducer (antipyretic). Its exact mechanism of action is not fully understood, but it is believed to involve the inhibition of certain cyclooxygenase enzymes in the brain, which helps reduce pain and fever.
Drug-Drug Interactions : Dynor-SP Tablet (Diclofenac 50 mg + Serratiopeptidase 10 mg + Paracetamol 325 mg) may interact with pain killers (aspirin, ibuprofen), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine, tacrolimus), antipsychotics (lithium), cardiac glycosides (digoxin), blood thinners (warfarin), anti-rheumatic drugs (methotrexate), antacids (magnesium hydroxide), antifungal medicines (ketoconazole, miconazole, fluconazole, voriconazole), anti-arrhythmic drugs (amiodarone), anti-gout medicines (sulfinpyrazone), anti-emetics (metoclopramide, domperidone), bile acid sequestrants (cholestyramine), anti-cancer medicines (imatinib), antibiotics (chloramphenicol), anti-progestational steroids (mifepristone), antidiabetics, diuretics, and antihypertensive medicines.
