It works at the site of application to reduce inflammation, ease stiffness, and provide a soothing warming and cooling effect for quick relief.

INDICATION

• Joint Pain : Movtec Gel (Diclofenac Diethylamine 1%  + Linseed Oil 3% + Methyl Salicylate 10% + Menthol 5% + Benzyl Alcohol 1%) helps reduce joint pain and inflammation commonly seen in conditions such as arthritis and osteoarthritis.

• Muscle Pain : Movtec Gel (Diclofenac Diethylamine 1%  + Linseed Oil 3% + Methyl Salicylate 10% + Menthol 5% + Benzyl Alcohol 1%) provides relief from muscle soreness, strains, and sprains by reducing inflammation and discomfort.

• Back Pain : Movtec Gel (Diclofenac Diethylamine 1%  + Linseed Oil 3% + Methyl Salicylate 10% + Menthol 5% + Benzyl Alcohol 1%) helps alleviate lower back pain and stiffness through its analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties.

MECHANISM OF ACTION

• Diclofenac Diethylamine : A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks cyclooxygenase enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2), thereby reducing the production of prostaglandins responsible for pain and inflammation.

Drug–Drug Interaction : Movtec Gel (Diclofenac Diethylamine 1%  + Linseed Oil 3% + Methyl Salicylate 10% + Menthol 5% + Benzyl Alcohol 1%) may interact with certain medicines such as aspirin, anticoagulants (warfarin), anti-rheumatic drugs (methotrexate), and immunosuppressants (cyclosporine).

Drug–Food Interaction : No significant food interactions have been reported.
